Abstract

Methanol extracts obtained from leaves of two Rosaceae species were studied for their free radical scavenging activity and the composition of polyphenols. Both Potentilla alba and Waldsteinia geoides were cultivated in a botanical garden and can be grown easily in order to supply drugs.
